Our Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date.
Lumens Depot Return Shipping Policy
One Complimentary Return Label: Our policy includes one free return shipping label per order. Customers are responsible for the cost of any additional return labels required for extra boxes (items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging).
Pallet Shipments: For orders shipped via pallet, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
