Manufacturer Warranty
At Lumens Depot, we take pride in the quality and durability of our products. That's why most of our items come with a 3-year, 5-year, or 7-year warranty. If you find that a product is defective or damaged within the warranty period, we will offer a replacement, refund, or exchange. To claim a warranty, please contact us at info@lumensdepot.com with the following details:
- Your Order or Reference Number
- Photos and/or videos showing the defective or damaged product(s)
- Model Number of the product (if multiple items were ordered or if there are several products)
- A brief description of the issue and what you would like as a resolution
Shipping & Cancellation Policy
- Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or exchanged. However, if your order has not been dispatched, you may cancel it.
- Canceled orders will be refunded via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $99
- We offer free shipping on all orders over $99, valid for deliveries to all contiguous U.S. states (the lower 48 states). High-value orders are also eligible for free shipping.
- For orders below $99, shipping costs will be based on product type, size, volume, and other factors. Shipping and handling fees will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery Days
- We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 2 PM EST will be shipped the same day, with delivery typically occurring within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not considered delivery days, even for expedited shipments.
- You can refer to the Lumens Depot shipping map for estimated shipping times.
- Once your package is in transit, changes to the order (such as modifications or cancellations) cannot be made.
Address & Authorization Upon Delivery
- All orders require a physical street address for accurate delivery. Orders with a P.O. Box address are not eligible for UPS delivery and may incur additional charges. Lumens Depot is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers. Once an order has been shipped to the provided address, it cannot be redirected.
- A signature is required upon delivery. Lumens Depot is not responsible for the product if it is signed for by someone other than the person who placed the order. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or locked premises, a second delivery attempt will be made, subject to a delivery fee. If unsuccessful, the package can be picked up from UPS within 5 days of the first delivery attempt.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has shipped, including product information and tracking updates.
Disclaimer
In case of emergencies, such as severe weather or natural disasters, Lumens Depot reserves the right to reschedule delivery. You will be notified accordingly. If you request a cancellation due to these circumstances or if your package is not received due to reasons beyond our control, you will receive a credit to your account after an appropriate investigation.
